Only NametagEdit

Please explain your issue. How do you trigger it?
Currently only possible on this WIP Paper jar https://github.com/PaperMC/testing/releases/tag/no-relocation, but this will be relevant in the future - see https://forums.papermc.io/threads/paper-velocity-1-20-4.998/#post-2955 which also includes information on how to fix it
