Build is failing because password setting mechnism changed.

Test 2 fails with:

Error: Unable to access jarfile bin/aaa-cli-jar.jar

There are changes in

docker-opendaylight/docker-entrypoint.sh

Line 32 in 712ad8e

if [ -n "${ODL_ADMIN_PASSWORD}" ]; then

that need verification in tests.
