hponcfg is being deprecated by HPE #281

Are there plans to replace hpilo's usage of hponcfg with ilorest as recommended by HPE?

(There are some intermittent issues with hponcfg, and when we contacted HPE about them, they told us to move away from hponcfg and use ilorest).
