Bokeh plots are cut off except in fullscreen

If you make a bokeh plot, it will not show the bottom portion or the x-axis unless you put the window in fullscreen mode. Width is okay.

Yeah, I've struggled with this one. The Bokeh library doesn't do a good job of specifying the vertical plot boundaries. I'll take another pass at it and see if I can improve the result.
