When changing the underlying score type of a MatrixScore from standard int to int16_t, the SimdScoreWrapper issues a compile time error.
int
int16_t
Here the expected code:
Score<int16_t, ScoreMatrix<AminoAcid, ScoreSpecBlosum62> > mat{-1, -30}; ExecutionPolicy<Serial, Vectorial> exec{}; auto scores = globalAlignmentScore(exec, left, right, mat);
which causes the compile time error.
