But this is an actual application while ours is supposed to serve as a template for a variety of apps?
Our "reading FASTA" is just a dummy to ease users into the workings of the infrastructure.
Or am I misunderstanding it and you have something else in mind?

This is actually something quite useful and interesting as I believe that it can benefit the promotion of SeqAn. I've read about it and a quick look over it revealed that they even use SeqAn already for IO. It seems we could add some of our expertise to it, to make it a really great C++(20) template. It would also fit with the idea of outsourcing the argument parser as well as adding support for cwl generation. This nicely coalesces with our goals in Q4.
