Feature Request: Function to add keyspace describe command for plugins #51

Want:
keyspace-describe command similar to how version command works that will give details about the annotation keyspace and the argument paths configured.

Right now its really hard to get help or to document how the keyspace paths work. Let's make that easier for everyone.
