There are examples of how to create a parser for results but these are C# language i.e. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/machine-learning/tutorials/object-detection-onnx#create-the-parser
I still have not seen anything like this written in Rust language.
Hope this helps provide some understanding.
