重构版 差别比较大 最好还是重新部署、之后会支持升级

这个卸载比较麻烦，谢了

使用 sh manage.sh uninstall 能卸载主要的服务、其他如 k3s、docker 可用标准方法卸载，版本更新的时候也可以不用卸载，但需要 删除 helm, 和 ehoney-db 文件和文件夹
