1.0 Release

When is there going to be a 1.0.0 release? I would like to have this project versioned so I can reliably depend on SebastianBergmann\PeekAndPoke\Proxy existing.

Even though I am including this library through require-dev, it feels weird that we are depending on the master-dev (even if it is aliased as 1.0.x-dev) to work how it currently does and not have any breaking changes.

To be honest, I never planned on tagging a release of this component.
