Condition with inequality for continuous columns

Problem Description

If one wants to generate synthetic data with a condition such that a certain numerical column should have a value > x or < x instead of having to give an exact value, we cannot do so at this time with ctgan.

Expected behavior

There should be a class of conditions where one can give a certain value for a numeric column, such that the synthetic data generated should have values in the mentioned column less than or greater than the given number along with the other columns.
