ac.tl.get_gene_annotation_from_rna(mdata) and TSS genomic locations

Hello there,

Thanks a lot for developing this useful software.
According to the manual, the ac.tl.get_gene_annotation_from_rna(mdata) is TSS for each gene, but I found some of these locations are 1 bp, and some of these are not. I am not figuring out why some of these genes' TSS are not 1bp? Do you have any idea about this?
