I use vim, so if I open _posts/post.md, this file is added _posts/.post.md.swp. Sculpin processes this file, but it should be ignored.

I have added this to my config file ignore: ["**/*.swp"], but it would be nice if files ignored by git, would also be ignored by sculpin.
