Pay fees through collection of Pending Staking Reward

Users that has stacked all they scrt, can't redeem them, that's so useful pay the fees by the reward automatically.

For example if you have 100 scrt in stake and 5 scrt as a Pending Staking Reward, it's so smart redeem
the scrt and automatically pay (ex: 0.05 scrt), as well as that you get back 4.95.

I'm not sure that this is a desirable behavior, as claiming staking rewards is a taxable event.
