Reconnaissance Flight[Q12671] needs your support for flying waypoints and some damage spells. I found some of the spells and videos. Not sure how official they are.... :)

This can be done by dbscripts, partially.

We are missing the stats for the vehicles, the vehicle spells and the WPs.
We need core support for 52199 in order to allow the player to control the vehicle - I still need to understand how is this done
