If you have an item on your list that is currently checked completed, or had been marked completed in that past and unchecked again, PyEcho can not remove that item and the EchoDispatch.py will loop on that item until it is deleted via a txt interface.

Yay for finding bugs! 😄 Thank you, I'll look into this as soon as I have time. If you find your own solution in the meantime, feel free to open a pull request.
