Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
One could always create an account with a fake email address. So adding email verification feature will resolve that issue.

Describe the solution you'd like
We could send an email to that email address to verify.

I would like to work on this issue.

I think then the user can't login directly after sign up. He will have to verify his account first.
@sumedhe @YashMeh Shall I move forward with this ?
