Recognize format-specific markers. E.g. for TeX it's likely \begin{code} ... \end{code} or whatever minted uses; for GH flavored MD it's triple backquotes python etc.

Actual use case: interpolate tutorials mix >>> and .. code-block:: stanzas. The latter are not recognized by doctest_testfile.
