TargetEncoder NaN handling

TargetEncoder treats NaN values as another category. I would like to not treat NaN values in the data at all since I am using a tree method later on that can handle them natively. Is there an option to change the NaN handling of the TargetEncoder to something like "no treatment"? Thanks a lot for your answer! |
