It frequently needs to be restarted manually, as the only test that failed (due to a GitHub Actions timeout). Watching it interactively, it does sometimes take a long time. Especially this one:

tests/test_0692_fsspec_reading.py::test_fsspec_globbing_xrootd[FSSpecSource-root://eospublic.cern.ch//eos/root-eos/cms_opendata_2012_nanoaod/Run2012B_*.root:Events]

Maybe we need to drop this test. The server just isn't reliable or responsive enough.
