scikit-bio ASCII art should be updated

There is a nice text art in skbio/__init__.py, which represents a basic tree of life:

Due to updates in systematics and phylogenetics, this tree needs to be revised. For example, Proteobacteria is now Pseudomonadota. The placement of eukaryotes in relation to archaea also needs revision.
