Last release (1.0.0) doesnt contain createObjectURL fix

People using https://github.com/schmich/instascan/releases/download/1.0.0/instascan.min.js wont get the fix.

Chrome 71 update removed createObjectURL, the app breakes.
npm install git+https://github.com/schmich/instascan.git\#master should work while waiting for the next release

I switched to https://github.com/zxing-js/library which works well with modern build systems.
