Was curious if there was any planned support for Debian or any of it's derivatives?

Looked through issues couldn't find anything. Thinking I may have missed something about it.

Would love to get official support on Debian. Thank you!

It would definitely be nice to have, but nothing planned right now. One part that makes it harder is that we'd probably need to unvendor any dependencies and provide them as separate packages within Debian.

mmm, I had the same issue. I don't know if this can help us, but I have published a old version of wego that I use in my RaspberryPi here. In this link I have the old source and dependencies to build it on Debian Buster. I think that it should be works. Right now in my new laptop with Debian Bullseye, I have a old prebuild that is working, but when I did the build from scratch, it fails.
