Clip Histogram fails on sparse datasets #7194

When I open this dataset
https://webknossos.org/datasets/56017e5aa5eb505d/skeletonization_test/view#860,190,609,0,0.007
and select "Clip Histogram"

it says that it couldn't, because all values are zero..
however, on the screen you see a non-zero pixel (at the position in the link above)
