Remove sidebar toplevel tree graphic / fix horizontal scroll breaking main page vertical height #221

The toplevel tree graphic is unnecessary and makes the sidebar too wide. The sidebar's horizontal scrollbar add additional vertical height that then breaks the main page's vertical height and obscures the bottom toolbar
