You should chmod the main directory, not the files inside.

Btw. github issue system is not a support stream.

The support streams that I can recommend you:

For vanilla Tinyboard:
http://tinyboard.org/demo/mod.php?/sup/index.html
#tinyboard on irc.datnode.net

For vichan (it's mostly Tinyboard, but on steroids):
https://int.vichan.net/devel/
#vichan-devel on irc.6irc.net

Is it in my main directory.
When I log in its all there, Its not under a folder. All the files are there.

It fixed it but my website it now under this: www.website.com/public_htm
The websites index it though a folder... How shall I now fix this?

If you can't issue CHMOD command for the root directory, this is another reason to consider buying VPS.

You issue bug requests – the behaviours you describe are NOT bugs in Tinyboard software. Please read my post above.
