The link to the windows flask instruction was not fully clear. I wanted to share the resolution for this.

in CMD:

set FLASK_APP=node_server.py
flask run --port 8000
INOPIAE added a commit to INOPIAE/python_blockchain_app that referenced this issue Oct 13, 2020
