Display all items even if not signed in

Currently the only way to see lots is to be signed in. Do we want to change this so you can see the lots without being signed in?

@eduncan26 - I think ideally, we would show items before authentication. However, if we fix this, we need to make sure that on an authenticated bid, the user is forwarded to the log-in screen. In a perfect world, the bid would be completed right after the log in. For now, this is low priority.
