You can easily add this yourself if you add the <link rel="me" href="https://myMastodonInstanceURL/@yourusername" /> in the src/layouts/Layout.astro file. Just tried it myself, worked perfectly. I put my links (I have several) under the existing <meta name="generator" content={Astro.generator} /> right in the <head> section.
