I read some research papers about single-cell sequencing analysis. When the author clustered a certain type of cells, I did not find some general rules to name these cells, for example, DCN+stroma, but this DCN is not the most significant gene, as shown below:
Please give me some suggestions or standards to name these cell clusters, such as the genes with the most obvious differences.
