Thank you for the great work of SCTransform! Not only is the paper well-written, but also the implementation is brilliant. I just have one confusion after reading the code used in the paper. May I consult you on how to reproduce the cell types in "pbmc33k_identities.rds" since I don't see cell type information from the 10X website?
