Dear,

When I run prepare_data.sh,
~/denoise/segan# ./prepare_data.sh -bash: ./prepare_data.sh: Permission denied

When I
sh prepare_data.sh

prepare_data.sh: 23: prepare_data.sh: popd: not found

So how to solve the problem ?

it may happen due to unavailability of sox package
