According to Zwift official page about Offroad training there are currently 4 routes about it. I don't know if there are a distinction about Road, Offroad route easily, but it could be cool to have this distinctionbased on path surface. For people who have sensitive smart HomeTrainer it's heaven and fun.

I know zwiftmap has road surfaces but I don't know where that info is coming from.

Also it's not something I think I'm going to pick up short term as there are a few other things I want to prioritize such as Linux/macOS support.

No clue where zwiftmap find it, but it can easily be repertoried visually by comparing road surface ingame.
