Display KM markers + other short markers.

I found ultra interesting to have other things to be displayed instead of just the regular colored routes view, I found interesting to have.

• KM markers
• Elevation markers
• Segment description (Sprint = S, Kom = Kom, Hill, Descent, Reverse etc)
• Tunnel, Bridge
• Climb (for example Radio Towel 516m, Volcano 130m something like this - need accurate data)
• Route incline description, > Incline (RED) or < Decline (GREEN) 5% (see Add / Display Region name, .. and Sprint/Kom/ Point of interest  #46)
• etc

Route grades are now shown in the elevation plot in Route Builder. It's available from release 0.6.9.0 and up
