Add support for London

I would like to suggest support for London
20 routes, 7 segments

Could this be the next world you add support for, please?
(Besides Watopia, this is the only other world I have a custom route for.)

I pulled down version 0.7.0.3 and tried to build my one route here in London and there were a few turns not available in the Builder, mostly in the 5 point intersection, that is available in Zwift.
Not sure the best way to share my route with you so you can see the turns I’m trying to make there?

1. Tried go directly North from Big Ben and make a sharp Left toward the Palace (sprint).
2. Also, tried to go from the Knightsbridge (big loop on the left) directly south towards Big Ben.

Could you try to create the route on ZwiftMap.com, export it to GPX and emailing me that file at info@roadcaptain.nl?
(Or attach it as a txt file to this issue)

I’ve done some work on the segment builder to update Makuri Islands and I think that might help for London too. I just need to regenerate those again.

Can I pull the GPX file from the ride in Strava and email it to you? Will that work?

Segments and turns have all been updated and cleaned up which fixes a few problems I saw before.
However, it looks like the coordinates I'm receiving from the game are offset and RoadCaptain can't ever get a route lock.

Working on this but it means no London support in the 0.7 release I think...

The coordinate mapping has been fixed in c372231

There are a few junctions that I need to fix but this should at least allow testing the world in the RoadCaptain Runner

Found a missing turn (not sure if it's part of your To Do list):

• Marked with yellow arrow in image below.

From Big Ben, heading north, should be able to make a sharp left turn towards Buckingham Palace. This is available on free riding in game but not available in Route Builder.
