Session crashed after user refresh

These were the versions I was on (as the session admin.) One of the other users was on a Mac, the other Windows.

Steps to Reproduce:

(Less steps to reproduce and more just what happened. But I'm not sure how much of this is relevant to the error itself. Let me know if you'd like more details.)

I was watching a Netflix video with a group of three people total. We were towards the end of a 90-minute episode when the chat stopped working for one person. Newer messages didn't appear in the chat, and after trying to send a message an error displayed: "Unable to send your message. Please try again." A few minutes later, another person had the same issue. Neither were the admin user.

One of them tried to leave and re-enter the session (probably closed out the Netflix popup and refreshed the page.) As soon as that happened, I caught a brief glimpse of that user asking permission to enter the session, but immediately the Netflix popup closed out for me and an error screen was displayed. I copied the error below. (Thank you for that screen, by the way!)
