test/vcf/4.3/failed/failed_body_format_006.vcf tests parsing GT values, i.e., "FORMAT predefined tag GT has missing alleles"; but the HG00097 sample has an invalid value for DP (1.000). DP is a reserved field in VCF 4.3 defined as a single integer (Number=1, Type=Integer).
