Is Articulate ready for production use?

I have some doubts, is it possible to work with conditional, foreach and other types of conditions with Articulate? Such as asking the customer for data, the customer sends data, I request the API to check the data, if they are correct we can proceed, if not, ask if the customer wants to try again or return to the menu.
