Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I was looking for a desktop version of the LIFX app because their mobile app's UI for handling the day-night scheduling is pretty bad. As an actively developed open source software, I thought this app might be perfect! But it seems it only supports the moment-to-moment lighting configuration, and not editing the lighting schedule. :(

This is the shame, because the programmable scheduling feature is arguably the most powerful and helpful use case for smart lights, and an accessible desktop UI would really let it shine.

Describe the solution you'd like
Ideally, the app would contain a UI for editing those schedules. There are two different scheduling systems in the official app, the built-in day-night cycle and the manual scheduler. Obviously including both in LIFX Control Panel would be preferable, but as the manual scheduler is much more powerful (and much less convenient to use), that one would be the preferable feature of focus.

Hmm, is this just an issue of API incompleteness? I had a look through the API's documentation and could find no mention of hooks related to scheduling.
