What is wrong, less clear, or missing

"These records can be added to a new target list by clicking Add to Target List This allows you to create new, more focused campaigns based on who has responded." this statement is not functional in current LTS as well as latest version of SuiteCRM.

Proposed fixes and/or additions

Looking for a fix.
