There is no thumbnail photo on the embed please fix it

Which embed, there are countless in the source, what are you talking about, what did you expect and what you got? Please be specific.

Hmm, but still they framed it as a bug with the 'fix it' (even labeled it as such), anyway their question is too vague. Is this about Welcome embed? If so, they should state that.

If I use /embed bot command there
Is a problem where I can't insert thumbnail photo
