With one of the recent CS updates, they've accidentally released DLLs for one of the earliest builds of Left 4 Dead (or its working title for many years, Terror Strike)
Having built-in emulation would be much appreciated, especially since the actual TS DLL seems to be extremely buggy.

I don't think anybody would bother reverse engineering that.
