Use default example of webthing-iotjs

WebThing default example is mocking a humidity sensor,
this will make the demonstration easier because it can also use an online URL like:
https://webthing-iotjs.glitch.me/1/properties

There isn't much to change to the simple-thing example, the on property can be dropped
