TypeError: unsupported operand type(s) for +: 'int' and 'str'

I have two dictionary A_dict and B_dict and when I am trying below code, I am getting TypeError.

import shifterator as sh
sentiment_shift = sh.WeightedAvgShift(type2freq_1=A_dict,
                                      type2freq_2=B_dict,
                                      type2score_1='labMT_English')
sentiment_shift.get_shift_graph()

Can you please tell me what is the issue here?
