Dynamic forms fields created produce HTML mark up and not fields.

First time on github and a ruby/java newby, I came from .NET.

Everything seems to be working great with the code, however when I click to Add Job to create the fields, the output on the screen is HTML markup like

How do I make it display the fields and not the code.
