OpenRW needs more people to do review

Doing review doesn't require that you have understand all code. If something is hard to read, you can ask author to explain why he/she thinks it is best approach.

Bugs are inevitable. :(

But marking code as been read be some else allows smoother code merging, and starting work on something else earlier.

I can read, and code if needed but i not have lot of time.
