Destiny Objective Tracker for Android Alpha v1.3 will feature settings/preferences

Initially planned settings:

Show/Hide completed pursuits
Show/Hide armor based objectives
Show/Hide pursuits that have zero objectives
Configure auto-refresh cadence

This issue will track progression of this feature.
