Add a playing sound or <Toast /> notifications when a watched address sends or receives a transaction

From the bookmark list, add an option to receive a <Toast /> or a sound notification when a confirmed transaction happens for the watched account. https://www.nanolooker.com/bookmarks

The socket connection would have to be preserved through navigation so a notification could happen from another account page.
