import { PhoneNumberUtil } from 'google-libphonenumber'
const phoneUtil = PhoneNumberUtil.getInstance()
console.log(
          phoneUtil.parse('23407012341234', "NG"))

the values are 234 and 23407012341234, as you can notice the country code gets duplicated

the correct result should be 234 and 7012341234
