It has these new features:

  1. support Windows.
  2. allow users to disable the default key mappings.
  3. refactor the host url mapping engine, using pattern based rule engine instead of hard coding.
  4. refactor the git error messages.
  5. refactor API design.

@linrongbin16 I love that I can yank/open a link to the line's git blame, but how about a command that directly yanked/opened the PR that resulted in the change?
